At Haus, we want to ensure your gear performs as hard as you do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your gear in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned equipment for wear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
